Gingerbread Carpentry Holds Potential Health Hazards
Posted Saturday, December 16 @ 23:00:00 PST by Brendan
If you've got a favorite holiday, you owe it to yourself to invent as many season-themed traditions as possible, and embrace every last one of them. Christmas has more than its fair share, and each is as great as the last, so when it comes to your desire to make gingerbread houses, we've got some advice.

Local Children Insist: We Are Cheese!
Posted Friday, December 15 @ 02:00:00 PST by Dominic
From time to time, myself and the staff of my office have come across more than our fair share of crazy ideas, but this time is different. We're not saying we're naked truck drivers, superhero, or any of an assorted number of five-card, canine studs. This is much different; I'm pretty sure I'm cheese.

Whole Class of Dogs Ready to Learn
Posted Thursday, December 14 @ 02:00:00 PST by Brendan
I've had some serious educational needs for most of my life, but I've never gotten much attention to help me. Well, that's not entirely true, but it is true that most of my life, my educational needs haven't been attended to, but now they are (and I'll get to that in a minute, don't you worry), but now I've got the attention I need, and I love school like crazy. I love it so much, I even teach my own dogs the important things in life too.

Night-Swinging a Poor Sport, Dark, Chilly
Posted Wednesday, December 13 @ 02:00:00 PST by Brendan
I'm a good sportsman, though poorly so, and as such I'm always on the lookout for a new recreational activity. I love sliding, teeter-tottering and monkey climbing about like the primate I am. That's not to say I'm buying into evolution just yet, but I do love monkeying around. This latest sport I've found, however, I just can't get behind.

Seattle Sadly Lacks Recognizable Landmark
Posted Tuesday, December 12 @ 02:00:00 PST by Brendan
Throughout my lifetime of years working as an accredited, syndicated journalist, I've traveled twos of continents, threes of countries and likewise threes of states within the very country in which I live, so I'm a real expert on what makes a city pretty fun, funny, fantastic and otherwise interesting. What I can tell you about Seattle is that it conspicuously lacks a recognizable landmark to call it's own, and that it's a great place to visit, but I'd hate to live here.

'Happy Feet' Wakens Opus of Inner-Penguin
Posted Monday, December 11 @ 02:00:00 PST by Brendan
Disney has released their latest animated soon-to-be-classic Happy Feet to equal degrees of success among fans and critics, and the box office as well. But it's more than just another great Disney flick; it's an exciting movie with some very important lessons to learn. To fan surprise, however, it has faced uncommonly vocal criticisms.

On-the-Job Injuries Trickle Down to Preschools, Preschoolers
Posted Friday, December 08 @ 02:00:00 PST by Brendan
Whether you're a coal miner or a cool minor, you have to stay on the tips of your toes all the time, and not just because you're walking on eggshells or trying to look taller, but because danger may lurk around any corner, even if it's just the corner of a coloring table.
