Perplexing Times Admits to Taking Brief Break
Posted Monday, March 26 @ 02:00:00 PST by Brendan
For those of you who are late to the game or haven't been paying quite as much attention as we might expect you to I'll just tell you, we haven't been updating as much as we usually do over the past week or so and we won't be for yet another week or so. There's nothing wrong, we're just otherwise preoccupied. |

Scare Disaster Hair Salon Butchers Do, Children's Ears
Posted Tuesday, March 20 @ 03:00:00 PST by Dominic
Oh my gentle goodness amongst the many, myriad gentle goodness's that exist about this assorted world in which I may pretend to live. There are just a couple things that may pretend to exist, and one of them is a terrible, terrible haircut. Posted Wednesday, March 07 @ 02:00:00 PST by Dominic
The headline should tell you everything you want to know about this. We're all about community, family, movies at night, affordability, and centers, probably, whatever those may be. Still, whatever city you're in, though Seattle for sure, there are great opportunities already available to you just for the partakery. |

Siesta Policy Abused
Posted Tuesday, March 06 @ 02:00:00 PST by Brendan
Perplexing Times runs a pretty lax office. We don't ask anyone to wear neckties; never require such formalities as "sir" or "mister"; and we routinely permit siestas even though we try like crazy not to take them. And, even though they're allowed, as of late it seems that even our most loyal employees have been abusing it. |

Seattle Gets 'Puss in Boots: The Creole Cat' in Puppets
Posted Monday, March 05 @ 01:00:00 PST by Brendan
Louisiana's ethnic diversity and rich musical traditions are the background for this classic Francophone fairytale. Presented by Oregon Shadow Theatre at Seattle's Northwest Puppet Center, this funny story shows how rich and interesting the culture of the city below the sea can be. |
